Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Chuck Pendleton made the kick off which started today's match. Manuel Morse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricky May in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Chuck Pendleton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chuck Pendleton hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. The supporters of Fair Haven booed when Hancock FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Hendrickson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jarrett Tolbert kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Dirk Miller kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Johnnie Joyce reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alfred Lang. The goal made the score 1-0. A collision led to Hancock FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Jarrett Tolbert hit a great ball. Hal Sparks sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Ricky May made the kick off in the second half. Hal Sparks received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Alfred Lang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Hal Sparks left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fair Haven fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Eddy Gabriel's late challenge caught a Hancock FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eddy Gabriel helped the player get up and apologised. After 62 played minutes Fair Haven got a freekick which was hit by Eddy Gabriel. After having played for 65 minutes, Hal Sparks managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fair Haven's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hal Sparks was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wendell Friend kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, Johnnie Joyce had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alfred Lang. Hancock FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Johnnie Joyce was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Hancock FC's Jarrett Tolbert got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Elijah Brock had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th match minute, Fair Haven was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eddy Gabriel to maneuver through the defense. If Hal Sparks had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fair Haven's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
