Flint Brantley dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 8 minutes into the match, REAL OCALA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bob Reagan came free, but Flint Brantley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the REAL OCALA FC defense, Stanley Gray kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Flint Brantley. The REAL OCALA FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Flint Brantley should have stopped the shot. If Bob Reagan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to BEST FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Oswaldo Graham hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joe Dent in the 19th minute of play forced REAL OCALA FC's goalkeeper Flint Brantley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20thth minute of the game Stanley Gray who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but REAL OCALA FC's Flint Brantley was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Don Morse kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. BEST FC's Edgardo Bacon couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 24th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for REAL OCALA FC. When Terry Spencer fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BEST FC's protests and gave Terry Spencer a yellow card for diving instead. In the 25th match minute, BEST FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Terry Spencer to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute, Don Morse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Flint Brantley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bob Reagan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Corey Lacy scored 1-2 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Monte Ledford, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Monte Ledford made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Corey Lacy in the 35th minute of play. A collision led to BEST FC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Bob Reagan hit a great ball. Monte Ledford showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Randy Negron, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 41st minute Bob Reagan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flint Brantley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Royce Seymour came free with the goalkeeper in the 43rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Monte Ledford could save by the left post. In the 46th match minute, REAL OCALA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Merlin Eckert to maneuver through the defense. In the 48th minute BEST FC were awarded a corner. Edgardo Bacon went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on BEST FC's corner Edgardo Bacon fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Flint Brantley quite easily take care of the ball. The REAL OCALA FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. BEST FC were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stanley Gray to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dallas Haynes during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, REAL OCALA FC's Dallas Haynes got a free kick in the 58th minute. The supporters of REAL OCALA FC booed when BEST FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oswaldo Graham didn't get a good kick on the ball. Monte Ledford showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Royce Seymour in the 63rd minute of the match. Flint Brantley made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bogdan Harbaszewski in the 65th minute. When Terry Spencer was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 66 minutes had been played. Terry Spencer hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, BEST FC's Bob Reagan got a free kick in the 72nd minute. After 82 minutes of play, REAL OCALA FC's Corey Lacy made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Monte Ledford was left in no man's land by his defense there! Royce Seymour took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Monte Ledford. Monte Ledford dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Jamar Cordero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Monte Ledford made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Randy Negron in the 94th minute of play. BEST FC's Monte Ledford played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Corey Lacy in the 96th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. REAL OCALA FC had played much better football throughout.
