Neal Li fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brant Benson having to interfere. When US Army's Bryce McGowan in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye North Beach Haven AFC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 10th match minute, US Army was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bryce McGowan to maneuver through the defense. After 13 minutes, Marshall Titus made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. North Beach Haven AFC's Gabriel Glover tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Bryce McGowan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marshall Titus scored 0-2 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gabriel Glover, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Octavio Parker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Gabriel Glover tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, North Beach Haven AFC's Rudolf Daugherty got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Gabriel Glover showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bryce McGowan in the 31st minute of the match. Gabriel Glover came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by US Army's Bryce McGowan. But to his dismay, Bryce McGowan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The supporters of North Beach Haven AFC booed when US Army was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nathan Weeks didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jessie Ferrell charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jessie Ferrell the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to North Beach Haven AFC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Jessie Ferrell hit a great ball. Neal Li's late challenge caught a US Army's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Neal Li helped the player get up and apologised. Neal Li kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joaquin Kirby stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marshall Titus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vali Miclovan during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Joaquin Kirby came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the North Beach Haven AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joaquin Kirby couldn't finish the play. US Army's Marshall Titus got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marshall Titus's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gabriel Glover read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. US Army's Marshall Titus got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 71 minutes of play, North Beach Haven AFC's Joaquin Kirby made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Brant Benson was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Bryce McGowan got free in front of the goal in the 77th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Gabriel Glover was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 82nd match minute, North Beach Haven AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Neal Li to maneuver through the defense. Gabriel Glover came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by US Army's Bryce McGowan. But to his dismay, Bryce McGowan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. In the 86th minute, Marshall Titus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gabriel Glover showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marshall Titus in the 89th minute of the match. North Beach Haven AFC's Gabriel Glover played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marshall Titus in the 92nd minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Christopher Duran notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of US Army's Brant Benson. Brant Benson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. US Army's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
