Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Casselberry's Damian McBride started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 11 played minutes Casselberry got a freekick which was hit by George Schroeder. After some careless play in the Dyer FC defense, Damian McBride kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elvis Seymour. The Dyer FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elvis Seymour should have stopped the shot. Chuck Davies made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tuan LeBlanc in the 18th minute of play. Elvis Seymour made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quincy Barry in the 25th minute of play. In the 27th minute of the match, Tuan LeBlanc tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Chuck Davies saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 30th minute, Damian McBride got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ted Thomas kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Damian McBride ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elvis Seymour was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Damian McBride recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elvis Seymour showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian McBride in the 47th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tuan LeBlanc to make the kick off. If Damian McBride had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Casselberry's Chuck Davies played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Scottie Shearer in the 54th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 57 minutes, Elvis Seymour successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Damian McBride had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st match minute, Casselberry was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ted Thomas to maneuver through the defense. After 63 minutes of play, Dyer FC's Virgil Thomson made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Chuck Davies was left in no man's land by his defense there! Elvis Seymour had great luck who in the 73rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Quincy Barry from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. When Damian McBride came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Casselberry fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damian McBride couldn't finish the play. Tuan LeBlanc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chuck Davies having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Damian McBride kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Elvis Seymour. That made the score 1-4 in the 82 minute of play. Kasey Bernier hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute, Virgil Thomson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dyer FC's Elvis Seymour played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian McBride in the 93rd minute of play. In the 95th minute, Casselberry's Damian McBride ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Elvis Seymour. Elvis Seymour yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. When the final whistle sounded Casselberry left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Dyer FC.
