Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Stevie Thomas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 7th minute, Walnut Grove's Dustin Hemphill dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Walnut Grove's Darrel Teague got a free kick in the 10th minute. If Elliott McCoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 16 minutes of play, Walnut Grove's Dalton Gabriel made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ollie Esposito was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dalton Gabriel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Ollie Esposito made a huge save. Ollie Esposito was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Dustin Hemphill capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dustin Hemphill really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Stevie Thomas scored 3-1 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vernon McBride, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vernon McBride showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hakim Belloumi in the 32nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Hakim Belloumi managed to get in a good position for a shot. South Weber AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hakim Belloumi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vernon McBride breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Deon Westbrook had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to South Weber AFC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Elliott McCoy hit a great ball. Ollie Esposito made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dalton Gabriel in the 38th minute. In the 40th match minute, South Weber AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elliott McCoy to maneuver through the defense. In the 42nd match minute, South Weber AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Todd Chen to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dante Cho in the 47th minute of play forced South Weber AFC's goalkeeper Ollie Esposito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The wind increased when Dante Cho made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute of the match Walnut Grove got a corner. South Weber AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Darrel Teague ran over to the corner to take the kick. Walnut Grove's Darrel Teague was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ollie Esposito in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ollie Esposito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dante Cho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalton Gabriel in the 56th minute of play forced South Weber AFC's goalkeeper Ollie Esposito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th match minute, Walnut Grove was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Zamora to maneuver through the defense. Vernon McBride made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfred Vang in the 60th minute of play. In the 70th minute Dante Cho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ollie Esposito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanh Coffey's late challenge caught a South Weber AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thanh Coffey helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of South Weber AFC booed when Walnut Grove was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thanh Coffey didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elliott McCoy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hakim Belloumis short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got Vernon McBride to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 87 minutes into the match, Dustin Hemphill notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of South Weber AFC's Ollie Esposito. Ollie Esposito was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Darrel Teague during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Darrel Teague hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Ollie Esposito came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Walnut Grove's Dante Cho. But to his dismay, Dante Cho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the South Weber AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Walnut Grove.
