Kent Cornett took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 24th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rolland Sherman. Boca Raton F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, San Francisco 49ers's Josiah Gonzalez got a free kick in the 27th minute. Kermit Fujieda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loren Leslie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute Boca Raton F.C. were awarded a corner. Kermit Fujieda made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Pope in the 39th minute of play forced Boca Raton F.C.'s goalkeeper Rolland Sherman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Josiah Gonzalez did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-2 to the left of a surprised Rolland Sherman 57 minutes into the match. Kermit Fujieda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejandro Jensen in the 67th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Josiah Gonzalez got free with Rolland Sherman in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loren Leslie in the 74th minute of play forced San Francisco 49ers's goalkeeper Kermit Fujieda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the game, Brock West was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Boca Raton F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave San Francisco 49ers the free kick. The penalty shot was made by Josiah Gonzalez, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Boca Raton F.C.'s Rolland Sherman. 2-3. Josiah Gonzalez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Rolland Sherman made a huge save. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Boca Raton F.C.'s goalkeeper Rolland Sherman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Loren Leslie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Kermit Fujieda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kent Cornett hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. The San Francisco 49ers players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Boca Raton F.C. from taking control.
