Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rolland Sherman started the match with the kick off. Sam McIntyre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolland Sherman, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. After 6 played minutes Boca Raton F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Perry Stovall. Sam McIntyre made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rolland Sherman in the 11th minute. In the 12th minute, Boca Raton F.C.'s Rolland Sherman dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Rolland Sherman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sam McIntyre read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Harvey McKinley didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cícero Amaral went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. If Abraham Duvall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gilson do Vale took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Harvey McKinley. Harvey McKinley dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After 28 minutes, Scotty Rainey mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the New York Red Bulls FC and the Boca Raton F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Scotty Rainey kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Brock West got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, New York Red Bulls FC's Sam McIntyre got control of the ball when Brock West tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 35th minute, Tommy Watson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Harvey McKinley was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. When Ward Sloan fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored New York Red Bulls FC's protests and gave Ward Sloan a yellow card for diving instead. Ward Sloan hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After having played for 39 minutes, Abraham Duvall managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boca Raton F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Abraham Duvall was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Brock West could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Sam McIntyre made a huge save. Harvey McKinley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilson do Vale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tommy Watson in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Harvey McKinley prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Boca Raton F.C.'s Harvey McKinley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cícero Amaral in the 45th minute of play.

Sam McIntyre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rolland Sherman in the 53rd minute of play. In the 57th minute, Markus Lawler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 57th minute of the match Gilson do Vale sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Harvey McKinley skillfully saved the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tommy Watson got free with Harvey McKinley in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, New York Red Bulls FC's Marvin Beatty got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 61st match minute, Boca Raton F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmund Gallagher to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rd minute, Marvin Beatty hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rolland Sherman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Sam McIntyre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gilson do Vale came free with the goalkeeper in the 68th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Harvey McKinley could save by the left post. When Abraham Duvall came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Boca Raton F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abraham Duvall couldn't finish the play. In the 74th match minute, New York Red Bulls FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Scotty Rainey to maneuver through the defense. 76 minutes into the match, Boca Raton F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Cícero Amaral came free, but Harvey McKinley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Abraham Duvall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marshall Sampson hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. When Mickey Kern came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Boca Raton F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mickey Kern couldn't finish the play. New York Red Bulls FC's Sam McIntyre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brock West in the 95th minute of play. The New York Red Bulls FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
