Harvey McKinley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reynaldo Lin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 5th match minute, Poplar Tent was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Russ Dobbins to maneuver through the defense. Pablo Sweet made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Abraham Duvall sent off a good shot on target. In the 13th minute, Boca Raton F.C.'s Brock West ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pablo Sweet. Pablo Sweet yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brock West got free with Pablo Sweet in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 22 minutes into the match, Boca Raton F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Reynaldo Lin came free, but Harvey McKinley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Poplar Tent booed when Boca Raton F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brock West didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 24 played minutes, Poplar Tent's Russ Dobbins shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Harvey McKinley came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Poplar Tent reached it. Harvey McKinley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salvador Goins in the 26th minute of the match. After 28 played minutes Boca Raton F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Markus Lawler. In the 29th minute of the match Russ Dobbins shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Harvey McKinley showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 31st minute, Abraham Duvall made a precise shot to the right of Pablo Sweet. Poplar Tent's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. A collision led to Poplar Tent getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Simon Couch hit a great ball. Mickey Kern hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. After 38 minutes of play, Poplar Tent's Salvador Goins made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Harvey McKinley was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pablo Sweet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Brock West in the 41st minute. Boca Raton F.C.'s Harvey McKinley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salvador Goins in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rolland Sherman was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Brock West managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boca Raton F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Brock West was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pablo Sweet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Rolland Sherman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute Boca Raton F.C. were awarded a corner. Mickey Kern went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Brock West got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pablo Sweet quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 63 minutes into the match, Poplar Tent's goal looked a bit too open when Brock West came free, but Pablo Sweet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Salvador Goins could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Harvey McKinley made a huge save. After having played for 67 minutes, Perry Stovall managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boca Raton F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Perry Stovall was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 76 played minutes Boca Raton F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Abraham Duvall. After a rather tough play, Boca Raton F.C.'s Wyatt Arroyo got a free kick in the 80th minute. Harvey McKinley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reynaldo Lin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Salvador Goins's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Harvey McKinley read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Brock West during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 95th minute, Brock West hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 96 minutes into the game, Reynaldo Lin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Harvey McKinley was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Poplar Tent walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
