Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Wilmer Poole kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, São Paulo FC's Oscar Sears got a free kick in the 4th minute. São Paulo FC's Roger Barbour came free and shot a quick shot against goal 6 minutes in the game, fortunately Ismael Everett had problems saving as it came toward the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wilmer Poole in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ismael Everett saved Arbutus FC from getting behind. Oscar Sears hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Terrence Parrish kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Jarrod Addison made in the 15th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Antoine Keyes however managed to control. Wilmer Poole sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arbutus FC's Ismael Everett proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Arbutus FC from getting a goal against them. 19 minutes into the match, Wilmer Poole dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ismael Everett, 1-0. After 26 played minutes Arbutus FC got a freekick which was hit by Zack Barrett. A hard shot 27 in the game by Wilmer Poole from a close distance when the talented Ismael Everett managed to make a qualified save. Arbutus FC's players were relieved. Wilmer Poole recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wilmer Poole in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ismael Everett saved Arbutus FC from getting behind. In the 33rd minute, Roger Barbour left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The São Paulo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Ace Coffman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th minute, Ace Coffman made a precise shot to the right of Ismael Everett. Arbutus FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Juan Goodman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Lugo having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Juan Goodman made the kick off in the second half. With his leg Karl Lugo managed to avoid a goal in the 56thth minute, when Arbutus FC's Juan Goodman fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Wilmer Poole fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ismael Everett having to interfere. Roger Barbour received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Ismael Everett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Arbutus FC defense, Wilmer Poole kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ismael Everett. The Arbutus FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ismael Everett should have stopped the shot. Arbutus FC's Ismael Everett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilmer Poole in the 62nd minute of play. In the 65th minute Roger Barbour shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael Everett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. São Paulo FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 70th minute, when Juan Goodman scored to the left of an out of position Karl Lugo, making the score, 4-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juan Goodman in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karl Lugo saved São Paulo FC from getting behind. Ismael Everett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilmer Poole in the 76th minute of the match. Wilmer Poole blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ismael Everett having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wilmer Poole in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ismael Everett prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 5-1 when Wilmer Poole sped through Arbutus FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ismael Everett. Ismael Everett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roger Barbour in the 88th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Arbutus FC's Werner Chase got a free kick in the 88th minute. Loren Beam's late challenge caught a São Paulo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Loren Beam helped the player get up and apologised. After 90 played minutes Arbutus FC got a freekick which was hit by Loren Beam. After having played for 94 minutes, Wilmer Poole managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. São Paulo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilmer Poole was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Diego Barlow's late challenge caught a São Paulo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
