Spectators: 7510 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 10) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Seth Yeats took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a little luck, Slower Lower FC's Antonello Doris got control of the ball when Vânderson Souza tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 14th match minute, Slower Lower FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Wilkinson to maneuver through the defense. Slower Lower FC's Antonello Doris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leland Drummond in the 15th minute of play. After having played for 25 minutes, Todd Barrett managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Warrior Boys's supporters crossed their fingers, but Todd Barrett was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Stanley Woodruff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walter Henley having to interfere. Vânderson Souza hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Warrior Boys's Walter Henley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Seth Yeats in the 30th minute of play. Antonello Doris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vânderson Souza in the 35th minute of play. In the 35th minute Vânderson Souza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonello Doris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Warrior Boys's Todd Barrett got a free kick in the 39th minute. Todd Barrett could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Antonello Doris made a huge save. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Vânderson Souza made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Weston Crowder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonello Doris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Warrior Boys made a substitution. Perry Reeder replaced Val Coleman. When Felipe Wilkinson fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Slower Lower FC's protests and gave Felipe Wilkinson a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Warrior Boys booed when Slower Lower FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipe Wilkinson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antonello Doris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vânderson Souza in the 67th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Vânderson Souza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Antonello Doris was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Yang Liang Chao's late challenge caught a Slower Lower FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yang Liang Chao helped the player get up and apologised. 74 minutes into the match, Slower Lower FC's Javier Gifford broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 77 minutes into the match, Slower Lower FC's goal looked a bit too open when Todd Barrett came free, but Antonello Doris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Leland Drummond notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Slower Lower FC's Antonello Doris. Antonello Doris was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 86th minute, Ed McMahon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 91 played minutes Slower Lower FC got a freekick which was hit by Javier Gifford. When Tracy Pennington fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Slower Lower FC's protests and gave Tracy Pennington a yellow card for diving instead. Tracy Pennington hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. 94 minutes into the game, Weston Crowder was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Warrior Boys's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Slower Lower FC the free kick. In the 94th minute, Weston Crowder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Warrior Boys had won after a very even match.
