Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Chance Canales started the match with the kick off. After 6 minutes, Reynaldo Madden mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Grenada and the Mickey Cohen FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Reynaldo Madden kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Grenada's Benito Jacobson got a free kick in the 10th minute. Chance Canales blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oliver Davies having to make a save. Oliver Davies showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chance Canales, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Reynaldo Madden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute, Benito Jacobson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pete Kaiser received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Mel Masters tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32nd match minute, Grenada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by James Pate to maneuver through the defense. Reynaldo Madden got his second yellow card in the match during the 36th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Curt Betts made a great header on Mickey Cohen FC's corner, it was just that Grenada's Oliver Davies managed to reach the ball for a save. Chance Canales took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oliver Davies. Oliver Davies dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Oliver Davies made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Chance Canales sent off a good shot on target. It was beautiful to see Mickey Cohen FC's Curt Betts in action when he in the 47th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pete Kaiser to strike the kick off in the second half. Benito Jacobson kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Sander Minnen made a precise shot to the right of Oliver Davies. Grenada's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 68th match minute, Mickey Cohen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claude Simon to maneuver through the defense. Curt Betts charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Curt Betts the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Mickey Cohen FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Curt Betts hit a great ball. Pete Kaiser fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mel Masters having to interfere. Benito Jacobson hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. 89 minutes into the match, Grenada's goal looked a bit too open when Chance Canales came free, but Oliver Davies reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Pete Kaiser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The attack was good, but when Chance Canales in the 95th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, Mickey Cohen FC could leave the field as winners, despite Grenada having more of the ball for most of the match.
