The audience thought a goal was coming when Thurman Kidd got free with Walter Henley in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 13 minutes into the game, Warrior Boys's Weston Crowder nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Gee made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After some careless play in the Miami Vice defense, Vânderson Souza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Gee. The Miami Vice fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Gee should have stopped the shot. In the 20th match minute, Miami Vice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronald Koeman to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Gee showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sydney Vickers in the 22nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Miami Vice's Thurman Kidd got a free kick in the 23rd minute. 27 minutes into the match, Warrior Boys's goalkeeper Walter Henley had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thurman Kidd. Miami Vice's Jonathan Gee played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vânderson Souza in the 30th minute of play. After 31 played minutes Warrior Boys got a freekick which was hit by Weston Crowder. Thurman Kidd could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Walter Henley made a huge save. 38 minutes into the game, Weston Crowder was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Warrior Boys's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Miami Vice the free kick. After a rather tough play, Warrior Boys's Weston Crowder got a free kick in the 38th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Miami Vice's goal looked a bit too open when Ed McMahon came free, but Jonathan Gee reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Elias Good made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Weston Crowder dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Gee, 0-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yang Liang Chao during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Miami Vice booed when Warrior Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yang Liang Chao didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Thurman Kidd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Gee made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Todd Barrett sent off a good shot on target. Weston Crowder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vânderson Souza hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After having played for 72 minutes, Leland Drummond managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Warrior Boys's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leland Drummond was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Miami Vice's Elias Good pulled a muscle in his back after 74 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Miami Vice's Connor Mackey was substituted for Elias Good. In the 76th match minute, Warrior Boys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Perry Reeder to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Warrior Boys booed when Miami Vice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Suggs didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thurman Kidd kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Perry Reeder was shown his second yellow card after 81 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. If Vânderson Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 90th minute, Thurman Kidd left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Miami Vice fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Thurman Kidd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Walter Henley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Gee made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Vânderson Souza sent off a good shot on target. Warrior Boys's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
