If Chance Canales had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Slower Lower FC's Jerrod Ransom got a free kick in the 8th minute. Mel Masters took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stanley Woodruff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mel Masters stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Titus Silva's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute, Titus Silva got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 22ndth minute of the game Titus Silva who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mickey Cohen FC's Mel Masters was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Slower Lower FC booed when Mickey Cohen FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rashad Marrero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mel Masters showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stanley Woodruff, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Noah Rogers scored 1-1 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mel Masters, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Titus Silva managed to get in a good position for a shot. Slower Lower FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Titus Silva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mel Masters breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 40 minutes into the game, Javier Gifford was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Slower Lower FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mickey Cohen FC the free kick. The supporters of Mickey Cohen FC booed when Slower Lower FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Javier Gifford didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Titus Silva in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mel Masters saved Mickey Cohen FC from getting behind. Mel Masters didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Titus Silva went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Chance Canales made the kick off in the second half. After 59 minutes, Tracey Rooney mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Slower Lower FC and the Mickey Cohen FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chance Canales in the 60th minute of play forced Slower Lower FC's goalkeeper Boyce Skinner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roscoe Walter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Chance Canales came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Mickey Cohen FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chance Canales couldn't finish the play. In the 65th match minute, Slower Lower FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerrod Ransom to maneuver through the defense. Boyce Skinner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chance Canales in the 68th minute of the match. After 70 minutes of play Mickey Cohen FC's Rashad Marrero was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 71 played minutes Mickey Cohen FC got a freekick which was hit by Rashad Marrero. Mel Masters made an important save on a dangerous shot by Titus Silva in the 72nd minute. In the 75th minute, Chance Canales made a precise shot to the right of Boyce Skinner. Slower Lower FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Chance Canales blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Boyce Skinner having to make a save. Claude Simon took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 82nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Boyce Skinner. Slower Lower FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Chance Canales had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 84 in the game by Titus Silva from a close distance when the talented Mel Masters managed to make a qualified save. Mickey Cohen FC's players were relieved. Boyce Skinner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chance Canales in the 87th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Slower Lower FC's zone, Chance Canales stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Boyce Skinner came out of the goal and Chance Canales tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Titus Silva received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mel Masters came out and tried to block the shot, but Titus Silva slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 94th minute. The Slower Lower FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
