Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Stoughton's Sherwood Pujols started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute Sherwood Pujols shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boyce Skinner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boyce Skinner made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Dwight Dotson sent off a good shot on target. Dwight Dotson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 8thth minute, Boyce Skinner skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 9 minutes into the match, Slower Lower FC's goalkeeper Boyce Skinner had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dwight Dotson. In the 13th minute, Dwight Dotson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dwight Dotson got free with Boyce Skinner in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 22nd minute, Sherwood Pujols fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Boyce Skinner, passed just outside the right post. Sherwood Pujols received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Boyce Skinner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dwight Dotson in the 29thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Boyce Skinner, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 30 minutes into the game, Sherwood Pujols lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Boyce Skinner. After a rather tough play, Stoughton's Jefferson Cortez got a free kick in the 38th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when Titus Silva made the kick off in the second half. Sherwood Pujols received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Boyce Skinner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sherwood Pujols in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Boyce Skinner prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Boyce Skinner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sherwood Pujols, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dwight Dotson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Boyce Skinner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 70th play minutes Sherwood Pujols shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Boyce Skinner and just under the crossbar into goal. Sherwood Pujols sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Titus Silva did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-1 to the left of a surprised Donald May 79 minutes into the match. Tracy Pennington hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 86th minute, Sherwood Pujols ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Boyce Skinner was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sherwood Pujols in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Boyce Skinner prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Slower Lower FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
