Spectators: 7510 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 10) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. In the 6th minute, Todd Barrett got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Alden's Carlos Dobbs got a free kick in the 9th minute. Warrior Boys's Vânderson Souza came free and shot a quick shot against goal 10 minutes in the game, fortunately Quinton Sewell had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Vânderson Souza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Quinton Sewell made a huge save. With a little luck, Alden's Quinton Sewell got control of the ball when Weston Crowder tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 18th minute, Todd Barrett left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Warrior Boys fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. If Weston Crowder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Carlos Boyle fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Warrior Boys's protests and gave Carlos Boyle a yellow card for diving instead. In the 25th match minute, Warrior Boys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Boyle to maneuver through the defense. Del Carrington fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walter Henley having to interfere. The supporters of Alden booed when Warrior Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Boyle didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Alden getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Rubin Mosher hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Del Carrington in the 39th minute of play forced Warrior Boys's goalkeeper Walter Henley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vânderson Souzas short, quick shot in the 41stth minute got Quinton Sewell to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Quinton Sewell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Todd Barrett in the 55th minute of play. Warrior Boys made a substitution. Perry Reeder replaced Val Coleman. Quinton Sewell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Weston Crowder in the 60th minute of play. Carlos Boyle kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Abe Bellamy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Walter Henley made an important save on a dangerous shot by Del Carrington in the 64th minute. Quinton Sewell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Todd Barrett in the 67th minute of play. When Rubin Mosher fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alden's protests and gave Rubin Mosher a yellow card for diving instead. Todd Barrett took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Quinton Sewell. Quinton Sewell dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After 79 played minutes Alden got a freekick which was hit by Troy Smiley. After a rather tough play, Warrior Boys's Sydney Vickers got a free kick in the 80th minute. Alden's Troy Smiley was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Walter Henley in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 86th minute, Yang Liang Chao left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Warrior Boys fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Vânderson Souza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Quinton Sewell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Quinton Sewell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leland Drummond, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Todd Barrett took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Quinton Sewell. Quinton Sewell dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. When the referee ended the match the Warrior Boys players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
