Spectators: 7510 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 10) Reynaldo Madden started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Pete Kaiser received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Walter Henley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Grenada's Chance Cole got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Warrior Boys's Walter Henley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Madden in the 9th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Grenada's goalkeeper Oliver Davies had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vânderson Souza. Ed McMahon's late challenge caught a Grenada's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ed McMahon helped the player get up and apologised. After 11 played minutes Warrior Boys got a freekick which was hit by Ed McMahon. In the 14th minute, Vânderson Souza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Oliver Davies showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vânderson Souza in the 19th minute of the match. Vânderson Souza scored 1-0 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oliver Davies, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vânderson Souza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hal Wray charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hal Wray the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 26th minute, Hal Wray hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Todd Barrett came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Warrior Boys fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Todd Barrett couldn't finish the play. After 29 minutes of play Warrior Boys's Ed McMahon was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A hard shot 33 in the game by Vânderson Souza from a close distance when the talented Oliver Davies managed to make a qualified save. Grenada's players were relieved. Vânderson Souza might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oliver Davies. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vânderson Souza ran back to his position shaking his head. When Warrior Boys's Vânderson Souza in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Grenada's goalie prevented a goal. Warrior Boys's Walter Henley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Madden in the 38th minute of play. After having played for 43 minutes, Vânderson Souza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Warrior Boys's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vânderson Souza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vânderson Souza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Oliver Davies showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vânderson Souza, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Warrior Boys's Carlos Boyle suffered a concussion after 53 minutes and had to leave the field. A collision led to Grenada getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Reynaldo Madden hit a great ball. In the 59thth minute of the game Vânderson Souza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grenada's Oliver Davies was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Warrior Boys's Sydney Vickers got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Warrior Boys's Weston Crowder got a free kick in the 65th minute. Hal Wray kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Walter Henley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reynaldo Madden, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vânderson Souza in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oliver Davies saved Grenada from getting behind. Oliver Davies made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vânderson Souza in the 93rd minute of play. Weston Crowder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Warrior Boys had played much better football throughout.
