Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sherwood Pujols kicked off to start the match. Domenic Ruiz hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Sherwood Pujols hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Chance Canales managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mickey Cohen FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Chance Canales was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Donald May breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sherwood Pujols sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Domenic Ruiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 21 minutes into the match, Mickey Cohen FC's Chance Canales sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Donald May narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dwight Dotson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mel Masters having to interfere. 26 minutes into the game, Roscoe Walter was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mickey Cohen FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stoughton the free kick. Mel Masters showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sherwood Pujols in the 30th minute of the match. Mel Masters made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Sherwood Pujols sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Sherwood Pujols kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mel Masters. That made the score 1-0 in the 34 minute of play. Mel Masters made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Dwight Dotson sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Sherwood Pujols took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Mel Masters to make any attempt to save it.
The wind increased when Chance Canales made the kick off in the second half. Sherwood Welsh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mel Masters having to interfere. Mickey Cohen FC's Mel Masters played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dwight Dotson in the 58th minute of play. The supporters of Mickey Cohen FC booed when Stoughton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jefferson Cortez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sherwood Pujols received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Mel Masters tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sherwood Pujols in the 69th minute of play forced Mickey Cohen FC's goalkeeper Mel Masters to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 71 minutes into the game, when Romeo Diggs put in a rough tackle. Donald May made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Chance Canales sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sherwood Pujols in the 79th minute of play forced Mickey Cohen FC's goalkeeper Mel Masters to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dwight Dotson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mel Masters having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Stoughton's zone, Chance Canales stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Donald May came out of the goal and Chance Canales tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 90 played minutes Stoughton got a freekick which was hit by Sherwood Welsh. After a defensive mix-up in Stoughton's zone, Curt Betts stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Donald May came out of the goal and Curt Betts tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 92 played minutes Stoughton got a freekick which was hit by Sherwood Welsh. In the 94th minute of the match, Chance Canales got a very nice opportunity to score, but Donald May was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Chance Canales's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 96thth minute, Donald May skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of Mickey Cohen FC booed when Stoughton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sherwood Welsh didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the Stoughton players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
