Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ali Jacobson kicked off to start the match. Martin Bond took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Quentin Clifford. Quentin Clifford dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Martin Bond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jimmy Shockley charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jimmy Shockley the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jimmy Shockley hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 14th match minute, Copenhagen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Trevor Bernstein to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th play minute Errol Morin came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Chuck Matlock. 1-1. Glenn Paige received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Quentin Clifford tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th match minute, Copenhagen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reed Hadley to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Errol Morin got free with Chuck Matlock in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Errol Morin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Chuck Matlock made a huge save. The supporters of Grayville booed when Copenhagen FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Bond didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Errol Morin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ali Jacobson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Errol Morin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chuck Matlock took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Jacobson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ali Jacobson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chuck Matlock was a little too slow when Ali Jacobson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 43rd minute. The score was now 2-1. After 46 played minutes Copenhagen FC got a freekick which was hit by Reed Hadley. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ali Jacobson in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chuck Matlock saved Copenhagen FC from getting behind. After 49 minutes Copenhagen FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Brent Aguilar who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Brent Aguilar almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Copenhagen FC's Chuck Matlock did a great save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Glenn Paige made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Grayville booed when Copenhagen FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Trevor Bernstein didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute, Errol Morin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Ali Jacobson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chuck Matlock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Errol Morin, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Glenn Paige recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Copenhagen FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Grayville.
