Through an outstanding action, after 19 minutes, Ferdinand Chandler successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Clinton Tobin took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ferdinand Chandler. Rudolph Stevenson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Downey, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Marvin Lord fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rudolph Stevenson having to interfere. Rudolph Stevenson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Downey in the 46th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Michael Wilkes was the one to do the kick off. Joseph Donaldson might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ferdinand Chandler. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joseph Donaldson ran back to his position shaking his head. Ferdinand Chandler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Wilkes, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute.
