Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Edgardo Bowser made the kick off which started today's match. Jed Gilmore took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Winston Ladner. Winston Ladner dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Leon Warren received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fletcher Huffman came out and tried to block the shot, but Leon Warren slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 11th minute. A collision led to Grimes FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Jacques Wade hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Edgardo Bowser managed to get in a good position for a shot. livermore sc's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgardo Bowser was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fletcher Huffman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Grimes FC's Fletcher Huffman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Grimes FC from getting a goal against them. In the 26th minute Jed Gilmore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Winston Ladner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fletcher Huffman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgardo Bowser, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Doug Haley could shoot a difficult shot in the 28th minute, which Fletcher Huffman however easily saved by the left post. Winston Ladner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jed Gilmore, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 33 minutes into the game, Leon Warren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Fletcher Huffman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Del Clements recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fletcher Huffman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgardo Bowser in the 39th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, Grimes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edgardo Bowser came free, but Fletcher Huffman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 42 minutes into the game, Lloyd Loyd was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Grimes FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave livermore sc the free kick. Lloyd Loyd kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in livermore sc's zone, Del Clements stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Winston Ladner came out of the goal and Del Clements tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

After having played for 53 minutes, Doug Haley managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. livermore sc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Doug Haley was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 54 minutes into the game, Edgardo Bowser cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Fletcher Huffman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jed Gilmore in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Winston Ladner prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Winston Ladner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Del Clements in the 59th minute of play. Edgardo Bowser took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fletcher Huffman. Fletcher Huffman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. In the 65th match minute, Grimes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicente Bowman to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgardo Bowser in the 68th minute of play forced Grimes FC's goalkeeper Fletcher Huffman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Jed Gilmore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Del Clements came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Grimes FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Del Clements couldn't finish the play. Fletcher Huffman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgardo Bowser in the 76th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Warren in the 77th minute of play forced Grimes FC's goalkeeper Fletcher Huffman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 79 in the game by Jed Gilmore from a close distance when the talented Winston Ladner managed to make a qualified save. livermore sc's players were relieved. Fletcher Huffman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leon Warren in the 82nd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ernie Braswell during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ernie Braswell hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jed Gilmore got free with Winston Ladner in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jed Gilmore in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Winston Ladner saved livermore sc from getting behind. livermore sc's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
