After a defensive mix-up in American kids's zone, John Stein stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabrício Sá came out of the goal and John Stein tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thomas Ng fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabrício Sá having to interfere. Robin Alley kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, American kids's Darell Quintana ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Duke Atwood. Duke Atwood yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Duke Atwood made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jesus Dodson in the 21st minute. 22 minutes into the game, Rico Proctor recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Duke Atwood. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adalberto Harrell in the 36th minute of play forced Cimarrones FC's goalkeeper Duke Atwood to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Benjamim Paiva took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Duke Atwood to make any attempt to save it. Duke Atwood was out of position in the 42 minute of play, and Benjamim Paiva capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Benjamim Paiva really showed his touch with that goal: 5-0. Duke Atwood showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamim Paiva in the 44th minute of the match. Cimarrones FC were furious when Roosevelt Wilkinson was red carded, 74 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 74th minute, one of Cimarrones FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cimarrones FC. Cimarrones FC's Duke Atwood played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamim Paiva in the 86th minute of play.
