Joshua Ashby made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Loren Chacon kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Thomas Ng took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 8th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Joshua Ashby. Itta Bena's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Serafim Cordeiro hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Brant Bustamante received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Joshua Ashby tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thomas Ng's late challenge caught a Itta Bena's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thomas Ng helped the player get up and apologised. Duke Atwood didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Itta Bena's Sanford Egan shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. After 20 played minutes Itta Bena got a freekick which was hit by Ali Glenn. 24 minutes into the match, Cimarrones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lenny Cortez came free, but Duke Atwood reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Duke Atwood took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Vaughn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Sanford Egan sped through Cimarrones FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Duke Atwood. In the 28th match minute, Itta Bena was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cordarryl Rancel to maneuver through the defense. Duke Atwood made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lenny Cortez in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Sanford Egan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Itta Bena fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. 34 minutes into the game, Lenny Cortez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Duke Atwood was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Duke Atwood showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sanford Egan, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. 45 minutes into the match, Itta Bena's goalkeeper Joshua Ashby had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mitchell Thornton. 47 minutes into the game, Sanford Egan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Itta Bena's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cimarrones FC the free kick. In the 47th minute, Sanford Egan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sanford Egan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Mitchell Thornton came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Cimarrones FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mitchell Thornton couldn't finish the play. 57 minutes into the match, Cimarrones FC's goalkeeper Duke Atwood had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sanford Egan. Duke Atwood was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Simon Vaughn showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 58 minute of play. Duke Atwood made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lenny Cortez in the 61st minute. In the 64th minute Lenny Cortez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duke Atwood saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the game, Simon Vaughn recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Duke Atwood. Simon Vaughn showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-6. In the 70th play minute Sanford Egan came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Duke Atwood. 1-7. Duke Atwood made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lenny Cortez in the 75th minute of play. After having played for 76 minutes, John Stein managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cimarrones FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but John Stein was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Duke Atwood showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lenny Cortez, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Duke Atwood showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Vaughn in the 79th minute of the match. Simon Vaughn in the 81stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Duke Atwood, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lenny Cortez got free with Duke Atwood in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 85thth minute of the game Sanford Egan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cimarrones FC's Duke Atwood was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lenny Cortez in the 86th minute of play forced Cimarrones FC's goalkeeper Duke Atwood to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Vaughn in the 87th minute of play forced Cimarrones FC's goalkeeper Duke Atwood to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Cimarrones FC's Duke Atwood got control of the ball when Lenny Cortez tried to sneak it across the goal line.
