Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Blair Merritt started the match with the kick off. If Blair Merritt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Blair Merritt in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Shelby Mercer saved Victoria from getting behind. The Virga City Vipers fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when Virga City Vipers's Blair Merritt looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a little luck, Victoria's Shelby Mercer got control of the ball when Blair Merritt tried to sneak it across the goal line. Shelby Mercer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blair Merritt in the 25th minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Victoria's goal looked a bit too open when Blair Merritt came free, but Shelby Mercer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Blair Merritt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shelby Mercer having to interfere. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Blair Merritt sped through Victoria's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Shelby Mercer. Virga City Vipers's Kareem Richter got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Clinton Gould during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Clinton Gould hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute, Florian Hood left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Virga City Vipers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0.

Blair Merritt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 58th minute, Bennett Haas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Victoria getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Denver Chester hit a great ball. In the 74th match minute, Victoria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clinton Gould to maneuver through the defense. Victoria's Shelby Mercer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Blair Merritt in the 77th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Victoria's goal looked a bit too open when Blair Merritt came free, but Shelby Mercer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Blair Merritt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Shelby Mercer was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After a defensive mix-up in Victoria's zone, Florian Hood stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Shelby Mercer came out of the goal and Florian Hood tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Virga City Vipers's Blair Merritt got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Florian Hood sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
