With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vince Shook prevented the ball from getting in the gole. West Wyoming's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Owen Abraham in the 10th minute. A nice corner shot did that Owen Abraham got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vincenzo Ross quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Vince Shook made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xavier Gobeo in the 12th minute of play. The supporters of West Wyoming booed when Heat Wave Sports was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xavier Gobeo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 严延宁 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Vincenzo Ross made a huge save. With an all-out effort, West Wyoming's Vincenzo Ross threw himself towards the right post 44 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from 庄义明, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Garth Newcomb managed to get in a good position for a shot. West Wyoming's supporters rose to their feet, but Garth Newcomb was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vincenzo Ross breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. West Wyoming's 庄义明 got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Marcellus Pettit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. West Wyoming's Garth Newcomb got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hunter Grier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vincenzo Ross having to interfere. 严延宁 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
