In the 12th match minute, Bron SK 1959 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Philip Leon to maneuver through the defense. Philip Leon hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the match, Alberto Whaley had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sherwood Mercer. Bron SK 1959's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberto Whaley was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 22nd minute, Alberto Whaley made a precise shot to the right of Sherwood Mercer. Bron SK 1959's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Agustin FC's Aidan Dorsey got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sherwood Mercer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Whaley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Agustin FC's Domenic Locke in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bron SK 1959's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Bron SK 1959 booed when Agustin FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. James Haas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alberto Whaley to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Bron SK 1959's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Whaley came free, but Sherwood Mercer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute of the match, Alberto Whaley tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sherwood Mercer saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alberto Whaley in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sherwood Mercer saved Bron SK 1959 from getting behind. 61 minutes into the match, Kasey Guerra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Raymundo Uster. Agustin FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kasey Guerra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. In the 69th minute Alberto Whaley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sherwood Mercer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Bron SK 1959's zone, Alberto Whaley stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sherwood Mercer came out of the goal and Alberto Whaley tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bron SK 1959's Sherwood Mercer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Whaley in the 90th minute of play. After some careless play in the Bron SK 1959 defense, Domenic Locke kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sherwood Mercer. The Bron SK 1959 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sherwood Mercer should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Domenic Locke got free with Sherwood Mercer in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Agustin FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
