Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Harvey Dubose got the match started through his kick off. 7 minutes into the match, Zanice FC's goalkeeper Chase Workman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Denis Rucker. With a little luck, Zanice FC's Chase Workman got control of the ball when Denis Rucker tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harvey Dubose in the 16th minute of play forced Zanice FC's goalkeeper Chase Workman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chase Workman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Harvey Dubose's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Morgan Paul showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stuart Carr, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Ripley's Denis Rucker got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 24 played minutes Ripley got a freekick which was hit by Basil Edmondson. After 26 played minutes, Zanice FC's Dane May shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Morgan Paul came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Zanice FC reached it. Chase Workman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harvey Dubose in the 28th minute of the match. Zanice FC's Chase Workman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harvey Dubose in the 31st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Harvey Dubose took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Chase Workman to make any attempt to save it. The supporters of Zanice FC booed when Ripley was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basil Edmondson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stuart Carr sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Harvey Dubose fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chase Workman having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stuart Carr was the one to do the kick off. If Stuart Carr had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 54 minutes, Landon Hirsch managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ripley's supporters crossed their fingers, but Landon Hirsch was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Basil Edmondson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Chase Workman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Zanice FC defense, Harvey Dubose kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Chase Workman. The Zanice FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Chase Workman should have stopped the shot. After having played for 70 minutes, Austin Carrasco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zanice FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Austin Carrasco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Landon Hirsch fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ripley's protests and gave Landon Hirsch a yellow card for diving instead. In the 71st minute, Landon Hirsch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chase Workman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denis Rucker in the 75th minute of the match. In the 76th minute of the match Brice Stovall shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Chase Workman showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Harvey Dubose managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ripley's supporters rose to their feet, but Harvey Dubose was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chase Workman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Basil Edmondson came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Ripley fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Basil Edmondson couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Rucker in the 82nd minute of play forced Zanice FC's goalkeeper Chase Workman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zanice FC's Chase Workman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Rucker in the 84th minute of play. When Clayton Harper fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zanice FC's protests and gave Clayton Harper a yellow card for diving instead. In the 88th match minute, Zanice FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clayton Harper to maneuver through the defense. If Harvey Dubose had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Ripley players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
