In the 9th minute Jesse Roth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Devin Purvis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Bermuda Dunes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jesse Roth came free, but Devin Purvis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute, Jesse Roth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 18 minutes into the game, Gilbert Cornelius cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Devin Purvis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abraham Mora in the 31st minute of play forced San Juan de Argentina FC's goalkeeper Winston Rosario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Abraham Mora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kristopher Rodriquez took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 38th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Devin Purvis. Bermuda Dunes FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Devin Purvis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jesse Roth in the 40th minute of the match. Quintin McAlpin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Winston Rosario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Jesse Roth made the kick off in the second half. Devin Purvis was a little too slow when Jesse Roth got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 51st minute. The score was now 0-2. After a rather tough play, San Juan de Argentina FC's Jesse Roth got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 59th minute, San Juan de Argentina FC's Jesse Roth dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. The supporters of Bermuda Dunes FC booed when San Juan de Argentina FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcellus Acero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abraham Mora sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th match minute, Bermuda Dunes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Peterson to maneuver through the defense. Winston Rosario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quintin McAlpin in the 74th minute of play. When Quintin McAlpin fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bermuda Dunes FC's protests and gave Quintin McAlpin a yellow card for diving instead. Quintin McAlpin hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 78thth minute of the game Jesse Roth who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bermuda Dunes FC's Devin Purvis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abraham Mora in the 81st minute of play forced San Juan de Argentina FC's goalkeeper Winston Rosario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Winston Rosario showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Quintin McAlpin, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After 88 minutes, Darell Woodson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bermuda Dunes FC and the San Juan de Argentina FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Although Bermuda Dunes FC had been in control for most of the match, San Juan de Argentina FC still came away with the win.
