Through an outstanding action, after 8 minutes, Chase Workman successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Stuart Carr fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elliot Gallegos having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Ferdinand Combs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th minute Chad Whitman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chase Workman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chad Whitman in the 22nd minute of play forced Zanice FC's goalkeeper Chase Workman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clayton Harper kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Chase Workman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ferdinand Combs in the 29th minute. Chase Workman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Hogan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute Chad Whitman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chase Workman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zanice FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 33rd minute, when Walter Loomis scored to the left of an out of position Chase Workman, making the score, 1-0. In the 36th minute, Cochituate's Chad Whitman dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Ferdinand Combs hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. 48 minutes into the match, Zanice FC's Stuart Carr sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elliot Gallegos narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Chad Whitman to strike the kick off in the second half. Chase Workman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferdinand Combs in the 55th minute of the match. Chase Workman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chad Whitman, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stuart Carr in the 68th minute of play forced Cochituate's goalkeeper Elliot Gallegos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucas Hogan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 72 minutes into the match, Chad Whitman notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Zanice FC's Chase Workman. Chase Workman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Ferdinand Combs came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Cochituate fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ferdinand Combs couldn't finish the play. Chase Workman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walter Loomis in the 76th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucas Hogan in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chase Workman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Walter Loomis fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cochituate's protests and gave Walter Loomis a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Zanice FC booed when Cochituate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walter Loomis didn't get a good kick on the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Zanice FC's goal looked a bit too open when Chad Whitman came free, but Chase Workman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 90 played minutes Zanice FC got a freekick which was hit by Kenny Kelly. Walter Loomis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stuart Carr in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elliot Gallegos saved Cochituate from getting behind. When the referee ended the match the Cochituate players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
