Chase Workman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luther Acevedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute, Stuart Carr hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Austin Carrasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominic Coffman having to interfere. Stuart Carr's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Dominic Coffman firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 30th match minute, Zanice FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Austin Carrasco to maneuver through the defense. After 35 played minutes Zanice FC got a freekick which was hit by Moses Fish. After 35 played minutes, Helena FC's Jerold Fay shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Chase Workman came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Helena FC reached it. After 43 minutes of play, Helena FC's Jonas Quintero made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Chase Workman was left in no man's land by his defense there! Stuart Carr sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luther Acevedo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Luther Acevedo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Chase Workman made a huge save. Luther Acevedo took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chase Workman. Chase Workman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Dominic Coffman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stuart Carr, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. After a rather tough play, Zanice FC's Clayton Harper got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Chase Workman made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Luther Acevedo sent off a good shot on target. In the 77th minute of the match, Luther Acevedo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Chase Workman was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Luther Acevedo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 80th minute. Helena FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 87th minute, Dane May got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonas Quintero kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. If Luther Acevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Helena FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
