Spectators: 8092 (Terracing: 6070, Seating: 1861, VIP seats: 161) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tom Hager started the match with the kick off. If Abraham Mora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Devin Purvis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tom Hager in the 6th minute of play. In the 8th match minute, Barka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tom Hager to maneuver through the defense. In the 12th minute, Tom Hager hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Barka's Scot Davila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abraham Mora in the 16th minute of play. Quintin McAlpin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Scot Davila having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Bermuda Dunes FC's zone, Cesar Dillon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Devin Purvis came out of the goal and Cesar Dillon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With 28 minutes on the clock, Tommy Byrne commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The supporters of Barka booed when Bermuda Dunes FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tommy Byrne didn't get a good kick on the ball. Murray Lucas might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Devin Purvis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Murray Lucas ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Bermuda Dunes FC's Alistair Parks got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 33rd minute Abraham Mora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Scot Davila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abraham Mora recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leif Perdue in the 39th minute of play forced Bermuda Dunes FC's goalkeeper Devin Purvis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Bermuda Dunes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Filiberto Salazar came free, but Devin Purvis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Devin Purvis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tom Hager in the 41st minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Bermuda Dunes FC's Abraham Mora got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Abraham Mora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abraham Mora struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Scot Davila didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bermuda Dunes FC. Leif Perdue kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 62nd match minute, Barka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filiberto Salazar to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute Abraham Mora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Scot Davila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cesar Dillon hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Scot Davila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abraham Mora, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the last second Devin Purvis throw himself and got hold of the ball when Tom Hager in the 80thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Tom Hager received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Devin Purvis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abraham Mora sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 92nd minute, Abraham Mora left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bermuda Dunes FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Bermuda Dunes FC fully deserved thier win.
