Spectators: 7974 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1815, VIP seats: 159) Freer AFC's Christian Marcones started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Lewis Arden had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute Bryant Weir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Fitzpatrick saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Freer AFC's Santo Fitzpatrick proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Freer AFC from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christian Marcones in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Art Randall prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Christian Marcones's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Art Randall was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. 32 minutes into the game, Freer AFC's Jacinto Quintal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Art Randall made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 39th match minute, Lincroft was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bryant Weir to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Freer AFC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Nathanial Ervin hit a great ball. Santo Fitzpatrick made an important save on a dangerous shot by King Alford in the 43rd minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when King Alford stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 60thth minute of the game Christian Marcones who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lincroft's Art Randall was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Lincroft's zone, Christian Marcones stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Art Randall came out of the goal and Christian Marcones tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 65th minute, Christian Marcones left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Freer AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Jacinto Quintal put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Art Randall. Lincroft's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Christian Marcones 73 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-5. 76 minutes into the game, Christian Marcones cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-6. Art Randall was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Christian Marcones sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 92 played minutes Freer AFC got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Quintal. Cason Frazier lost his temper 95 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 95th minute, Cason Frazier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Santo Fitzpatrick didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adolfo Weston went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-7 was the resulting score. The Freer AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Freer AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
