Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Joe Schmitt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Terrance Agoos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dominique Fields in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joshua Whitney prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Joe Schmitt came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Pollock Pines AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joe Schmitt couldn't finish the play. In the 13th minute, Joe Schmitt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pollock Pines AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Collin Lyles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joshua Whitney having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Dominique Fields put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Joshua Whitney. After some careless play in the Pollock Pines AFC defense, Berry Massey kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tião Galvão. The Pollock Pines AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tião Galvão should have stopped the shot. In the 36th minute, Terrance Agoos made a precise shot to the right of Joshua Whitney. Green Valley's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Joshua Whitney made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dominique Fields in the 40th minute of play. Tião Galvão made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Elijah McCain sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Dominique Fields managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pollock Pines AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dominique Fields was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joshua Whitney breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marshall Yost to make the kick off. Dominique Fields recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tião Galvão came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Green Valley's Marshall Yost. But to his dismay, Marshall Yost quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. After 61st play minutes Dominique Fields shot 2-4, a short shot which went by Joshua Whitney and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 64th minute, Marshall Yost ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tião Galvão was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-4. 68 minutes into the game, Calvin Stafford was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Green Valley's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pollock Pines AFC the free kick. The supporters of Pollock Pines AFC booed when Green Valley was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Calvin Stafford didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 70 played minutes Terrance Agoos rounded Green Valley's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-5. Collin Lyles's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joshua Whitney read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Joshua Whitney was a little too slow when Joe Schmitt got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 3-6. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Berry Massey during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 80 played minutes Green Valley got a freekick which was hit by Berry Massey. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joe Schmitt in the 82nd minute of play forced Green Valley's goalkeeper Joshua Whitney to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Green Valley's goalkeeper Joshua Whitney had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dominique Fields. Pollock Pines AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
