Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Claude Ziegler made the kick off which started today's match. Tim Downing fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harvey Bush having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Inter Miami CF's Derek Summers got a free kick in the 13th minute. Claude Ziegler struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Nick Ervin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Inter Miami CF. Darin McAlpin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Soldotna's Tim Downing got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Harvey Bush showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tim Downing in the 24th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Soldotna's Darin McAlpin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Harvey Bush. That made the score 1-0 after 25 minutes of play. The supporters of Inter Miami CF booed when Soldotna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rueben Mullins didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Inter Miami CF's goalkeeper Harvey Bush had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Darin McAlpin. The audience thought a goal was coming when Darin McAlpin got free with Harvey Bush in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tim Downing fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harvey Bush having to interfere. After 36 played minutes Inter Miami CF got a freekick which was hit by Derek Summers. Darin McAlpin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Harvey Bush read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Darin McAlpin got free with Harvey Bush in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Tim Downing came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Soldotna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tim Downing couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Soldotna's Tim Downing got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 58thth minute of the game Darin McAlpin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Inter Miami CF's Harvey Bush was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Darin McAlpin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 65 minutes into the match, Inter Miami CF's goal looked a bit too open when Darin McAlpin came free, but Harvey Bush reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Darin McAlpin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rueben Mullins took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 74th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Harvey Bush. Inter Miami CF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Derek Summers hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Darin McAlpin struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Harvey Bush didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Soldotna. Harvey Bush showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darin McAlpin in the 80th minute of the match. Derek Summers was shown his second yellow card after 82 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match.
