Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ernest Dukes kicked off to start the match. In the 2nd match minute, Oswego was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Young Puckett to maneuver through the defense. Kaspar Niinep showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernest Dukes, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. In the 6th minute, Truman Serrano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lee Charles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Michael Parnell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kaspar Niinep made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Young Puckett sent off a good shot on target. Lee Charles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lee Charles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Michael Parnell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Richard Karros charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Richard Karros the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Boston University's Richard Karros got a free kick in the 26th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Boston University's goal looked a bit too open when Ernest Dukes came free, but Kaspar Niinep reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Boston University's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ernest Dukes 29 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. In the 32nd match minute, Oswego was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfonso Hayes to maneuver through the defense. If Danny Perdue had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Young Puckett came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Oswego fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Young Puckett couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Oswego defense, Danny Perdue kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Michael Parnell. The Oswego fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Michael Parnell should have stopped the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Danny Perdue made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Young Puckett in the 54th minute of play forced Boston University's goalkeeper Kaspar Niinep to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Boston University's Lee Charles got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Young Puckett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kaspar Niinep having to interfere. After 60 minutes of play Boston University's Richard Karros was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 62 minutes into the game, Ernest Dukes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Kaspar Niinep was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Lee Charles put it in 2-3 from a short distance just to the right of Michael Parnell. With his leg Michael Parnell managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when Boston University's Lee Charles fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Young Puckett came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Oswego fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Young Puckett couldn't finish the play. Leroy Chan kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lee Charles got free with Michael Parnell in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Boston University's Matt Roth got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kaspar Niinep didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rickie Mott went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. A collision led to Oswego getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Leroy Chan hit a great ball. 101 minutes had been played when some careless play by Oswego's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Trenton Estes was slow to take the kick. During this time Boston University's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Boston University's corner Trenton Estes fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Michael Parnell quite easily take care of the ball.
