After 12 played minutes Pollock Pines AFC got a freekick which was hit by Collin Lyles. Leo Huber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Tião Galvão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tião Galvão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Huber in the 32nd minute of play. Leo Huber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The wind increased when Leo Huber made the kick off in the second half. Tião Galvão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Huber in the 59th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, Leo Huber notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Pollock Pines AFC's Tião Galvão. Tião Galvão was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dominique Fields in the 80th minute of play forced Effingham's goalkeeper Tuan Napier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dominique Fields's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tuan Napier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Pollock Pines AFC's attentive Rhett Adair managed to snatch the ball when Bernie Whitfield made a throw-in in the 86th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bruce Burnham during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Zack Edwards kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match.
