The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpected shot in the 6th minute by Ali McClure got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 10 minutes, Ali McClure made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Lewes's Tanner Fish tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ali McClure in the 16thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tanner Fish, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A throw-in in the 22nd minute of the game was made by Collin Smallwood with Lenny Aranda as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Lewes's players were relieved. Florian Roman kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Ali McClure struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Tanner Fish didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Billz United. In the 46th minute, Nicky Benavides got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ali McClure to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute, Geoffrey Sanderson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 60 minutes into the match, Billz United's Ali McClure sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tanner Fish narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Billz United fans' excitement grew in the 64th match minute when Billz United's Ali McClure looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Billz United had won after a very even match.
