After 86 minutes of play, Los Angeles Galaxy's Victor Coley made it 0-13 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Felipe Vang was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sturtevant AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Victor Coley 89 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-14. Tod Smallwood's late challenge caught a Los Angeles Galaxy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tod Smallwood helped the player get up and apologised. In the 92nd minute, Los Angeles Galaxy's Ernie Cotton ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Felipe Vang. Felipe Vang yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-15. 96 minutes into the game, Al Mims recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Felipe Vang. Al Mims showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-16.
