When Thaddeus Sutherland fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Messi Daily Racing Form's protests and gave Thaddeus Sutherland a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Messi Daily Racing Form getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Thaddeus Sutherland hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bennett Draper got free with Takis Oikonomopoulos in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 21 minutes of play Messi Daily Racing Form's Thaddeus Sutherland was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Dinkendoker Brexit FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Kelly Busby hit a great ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jorge Gifford stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Dinkendoker Brexit FC's Marquis Lange got a free kick in the 55th minute. Jorge Gifford recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jorge Gifford could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Willy Frye made a huge save. A sloppy throw-in by Kelly Busby in the 70th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Messi Daily Racing Form's Lee Siegel.
