The Sirzato United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Federico Ortiz should have stopped the shot. If Donald Watt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guy Booth kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. After 41 minutes of play, Saline's Bob Granger made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Federico Ortiz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jarod Shoemaker could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Tyler Cottrell made a huge save. In the 48th minute of the game, Wilber Schaffer landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leonard Bateman during the 48th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sammy Morse stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sirzato United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Donald Watt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
