Serkan Kubilay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Jorge Gifford had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. J.C. Davis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Takis Oikonomopoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rdth minute of the game J.C. Davis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Messi Daily Racing Form's Takis Oikonomopoulos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Serkan Kubilay's late challenge caught a Messi Daily Racing Form's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Serkan Kubilay helped the player get up and apologised. Messi Daily Racing Form's Takis Oikonomopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by J.C. Davis in the 92nd minute of play. The throw-in from Donato Figueroa in the 94th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Messi Daily Racing Form's Lee Siegel.
