With a couple of smart ball manuevers Perry Luna in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silas Sanford saved Leaders FC from getting behind. Emerson Drummond showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hayden Kitchen, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The Robinson FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Leaders FC were winning 0-2.

52 minutes into the game, Roman De La Cruz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Emerson Drummond. Roman De La Cruz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Emerson Drummond didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hayden Kitchen went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. With 61 minutes on the clock, Wesley Kirkland commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 61 minutes into the game, one of Leaders FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. If Roman De La Cruz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leaders FC's Peter Hufnagel got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Peter Hufnagel might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emerson Drummond. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Peter Hufnagel ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 77th minute, Peter Hufnagel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emerson Drummond was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Peter Hufnagel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Robinson FC booed when Leaders FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marlon Bowling didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Perry Luna in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silas Sanford prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Peter Hufnagel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emerson Drummond having to interfere. When the match was over Leaders FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Robinson FC throughout the match.
