Hernando Casado charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hernando Casado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 6 played minutes Alaska Anchorage FC got a freekick which was hit by Hernando Casado. Shaki Conn made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Peter Björnberg sent off a good shot on target. Alec Williamson kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. ForestFire were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Alaska Anchorage FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luisito James took the corner. ForestFire's Luisito James was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Hector Nelleboedske in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Alaska Anchorage FC's Hector Nelleboedske played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Navarro in the 19th minute of play. Hector Nelleboedske made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Navarro in the 22nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, ForestFire's Elton Brewster got a free kick in the 25th minute. If Edson Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30thth minute of the game Lucas Navarro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alaska Anchorage FC's Hector Nelleboedske was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 35 minutes, Peter Björnberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alaska Anchorage FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peter Björnberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 38th minute Lucas Navarro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hector Nelleboedske saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hector Nelleboedske showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tracy Shah in the 40th minute of the match. Hector Nelleboedske made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tracy Shah in the 43rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Alaska Anchorage FC's Hernando Casado got a free kick in the 47th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Navarro in the 48th minute of play forced Alaska Anchorage FC's goalkeeper Hector Nelleboedske to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Hector Nelleboedske showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Navarro in the 53rd minute of the match. 55 minutes into the match, Alaska Anchorage FC's goalkeeper Hector Nelleboedske had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tracy Shah. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Jose Hoyt managed to get in a good position for a shot. ForestFire's supporters rose to their feet, but Jose Hoyt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hector Nelleboedske breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Shaki Conn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter Björnberg in the 59th minute of the match. Alaska Anchorage FC's Peter Björnberg got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jose Hoyt struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Hector Nelleboedske didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ForestFire. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind ForestFire's goalkeeper Shaki Conn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Elton Brewster kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. ForestFire's Shaki Conn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Björnberg in the 75th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Peter Björnberg during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Alaska Anchorage FC's Peter Björnberg got a free kick in the 78th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Alaska Anchorage FC's zone, Jose Hoyt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hector Nelleboedske came out of the goal and Jose Hoyt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alaska Anchorage FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though ForestFire had controlled the match.
