Dustin Burton showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 6 minutes into the match, Key Biscayne FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arda Göksel Hunalp came free, but Lonnie Hurley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dustin Burton in the 9th minute of play forced Kings Castle's goalkeeper Cruz Varela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute Arda Göksel Hunalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lonnie Hurley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cruz Varela was out of position in the 15 minute of play, and Deon Savage capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Deon Savage really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Lonnie Hurley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roman Hlus, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. With a little luck, Kings Castle's Cruz Varela got control of the ball when Georges Collard tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ralph Cuevas hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Lonnie Hurley stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arda Göksel Hunalp's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. In the 38th minute, Roman Hlus made a precise shot to the right of Lonnie Hurley. Key Biscayne FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clayton Castillo in the 41st minute of play forced Kings Castle's goalkeeper Cruz Varela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Clayton Castillo notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Kings Castle's Cruz Varela. Cruz Varela was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roman Hlus made a kick off. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kings Castle fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 50th minute. Penalty! Lonnie Hurley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roman Hlus, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. With a little luck, Key Biscayne FC's Lonnie Hurley got control of the ball when Arda Göksel Hunalp tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Kings Castle's Roman Hlus in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Key Biscayne FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 73 played minutes Key Biscayne FC got a freekick which was hit by Cody McKay. Mulky Kuswandi charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mulky Kuswandi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 76th minute, Mulky Kuswandi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A well placed Roman Hlus short distance shot in the 77th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. 80 minutes into the match, Key Biscayne FC's goal looked a bit too open when Roman Hlus came free, but Lonnie Hurley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arda Göksel Hunalp came free with the goalkeeper in the 81st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Lonnie Hurley could save by the left post. After 85 minutes of play, Key Biscayne FC's Georges Collard made it 5-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cruz Varela was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ali Hogue scored 6-2 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cruz Varela, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mathieu Dekeyser during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Kings Castle's Mathieu Dekeyser got a free kick in the 97th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Key Biscayne FC had won after a very even match.
