Colorado FC's William Nordkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Georges Collard in the 5th minute of play. William Nordkvist came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Key Biscayne FC's Clayton Castillo. But to his dismay, Clayton Castillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 16 minutes into the game, Dustin Burton cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. William Nordkvist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 20 played minutes Key Biscayne FC got a freekick which was hit by Dustin Burton. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Georges Collard sped through Colorado FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of William Nordkvist. Key Biscayne FC's Lonnie Hurley proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Key Biscayne FC from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dustin Burton in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg William Nordkvist saved Colorado FC from getting behind. In the 34th minute Key Biscayne FC were awarded a corner. Clayton Castillo went to the cornerflag to take it. William Nordkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dustin Burton in the 40th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clayton Castillo in the 44th minute of play forced Colorado FC's goalkeeper William Nordkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Key Biscayne FC's Georges Collard in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Colorado FC's goalie prevented a goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Georges Collard to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute of the match, Georges Collard tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but William Nordkvist saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After having played for 55 minutes, Ali Hogue managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Key Biscayne FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ali Hogue was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Primus Listiyantoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. William Nordkvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Georges Collard's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clayton Castillo in the 60th minute of play forced Colorado FC's goalkeeper William Nordkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Colorado FC's goalkeeper William Nordkvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mulky Kuswandi. The audience was convinced that Clayton Castillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but William Nordkvist was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Key Biscayne FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Clayton Castillo in the 65th minute. William Nordkvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. William Nordkvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dustin Burton in the 78th minute. With a little luck, Colorado FC's William Nordkvist got control of the ball when Dustin Burton tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dustin Burton got free with William Nordkvist in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Colorado FC's William Nordkvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Colorado FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonah Darling in the 93rd minute of play forced Key Biscayne FC's goalkeeper Lonnie Hurley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Colorado FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Jonah Darling hit a great ball. Key Biscayne FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
