It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 16th minute, but William Nordkvist got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Colorado FC hanging dry this time. William Nordkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waldo Renteria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. William Nordkvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amir Lee in the 21st minute. Dale Bryant hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Amir Lee's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but William Nordkvist firmly grabbed it by the left post. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Amir Lee was the one to do the kick off. William Nordkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waldo Renteria in the 63rd minute of the match. William Nordkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Allen Dalton in the 66th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Colorado FC's goal looked a bit too open when Amir Lee came free, but William Nordkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cascade Park West's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dexter Benton in the 69th minute. Cascade Park West's Dexter Benton was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but William Nordkvist in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in Colorado FC's zone, Amir Lee stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. William Nordkvist came out of the goal and Amir Lee tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amir Lee received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. William Nordkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. William Nordkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waldo Renteria in the 77th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Waldo Renteria left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cascade Park West fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldo Renteria in the 80th minute of play forced Colorado FC's goalkeeper William Nordkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Colorado FC defense, Claude Joyner kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of William Nordkvist. The Colorado FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that William Nordkvist should have stopped the shot. 93 minutes into the game, Amir Lee cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. William Nordkvist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
