Luisito James might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stanford Peters. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luisito James ran back to his position shaking his head. When ForestFire's Tracy Shah in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The referee ignored ForestFire's protests and gave Lance Green a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to ForestFire getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Lance Green hit a great ball. ForestFire's Shaki Conn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save ForestFire from getting a goal against them. In the 19th minute Tracy Brunson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shaki Conn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jack Agnes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Shaki Conn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jack Agnes took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Shaki Conn. Shaki Conn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Stanford Peters took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Navarro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute, Tracy Shah made a precise shot to the right of Stanford Peters. Kentucky Mustangs's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Lucas Navarro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stanford Peters having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Lucas Navarro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tracy Shah in the 40th minute of play forced Kentucky Mustangs's goalkeeper Stanford Peters to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute, Cãlin Tâmbalari hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, ForestFire's Shaki Conn got control of the ball when Jack Agnes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Stanford Peters stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tracy Shah's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lucas Navarro to make the kick off. Stanford Peters showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Navarro, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Tracy Shah's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Stanford Peters firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 60th minute of the match, Lucas Navarro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Stanford Peters saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. ForestFire were awarded a corner in the 70th minute after Kentucky Mustangs's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luisito James took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Luisito James got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Stanford Peters quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luisito James got free with Stanford Peters in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luisito James could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Stanford Peters made a huge save. 76 minutes into the match, Kentucky Mustangs's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Navarro came free, but Stanford Peters reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Shaki Conn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tracy Brunson, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Stanford Peters made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tracy Shah in the 82nd minute. Shaki Conn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jack Agnes in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 84th minute of the match, Tracy Shah got a very nice opportunity to score, but Stanford Peters was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 85 minutes into the match, Kentucky Mustangs's goalkeeper Stanford Peters had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luisito James. ForestFire's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luisito James in the 87th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Navarro in the 89th minute of play forced Kentucky Mustangs's goalkeeper Stanford Peters to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cãlin Tâmbalari made a great header on ForestFire's corner, it was just that Kentucky Mustangs's Stanford Peters managed to reach the ball for a save. Tracy Shah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Despite being the better team, ForestFire failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
