The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, Gregory Simpson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 4 minutes into the match, Ocean Park Beach FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Hilton came free, but Evan Noble reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 6th minute, Rob Forrest made a precise shot to the right of Ulryk Tscherner. Arden Hills's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Ulryk Tscherner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rob Forrest, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgar Bower in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ulryk Tscherner saved Arden Hills from getting behind. Ulryk Tscherner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rob Forrest in the 15th minute of the match. In the 19thth minute of the game Gregory Simpson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arden Hills's Ulryk Tscherner was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julio Rios in the 20th minute of play forced Ocean Park Beach FC's goalkeeper Evan Noble to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Evan Noble came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Arden Hills's Luk Lucky. But to his dismay, Luk Lucky quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 25 minutes into the match, Ocean Park Beach FC's goalkeeper Evan Noble had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luk Lucky. In the last second Evan Noble throw himself and got hold of the ball when Vicente Hilton in the 26thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Ulryk Tscherner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgar Bower, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes into the match, Arden Hills's goal looked a bit too open when Rob Forrest came free, but Ulryk Tscherner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evan Noble showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julio Rios in the 33rd minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Ocean Park Beach FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Hilton came free, but Evan Noble reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ulryk Tscherner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Bower in the 37th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, Arden Hills's goal looked a bit too open when Rob Forrest came free, but Ulryk Tscherner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute, Ronald Aldridge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Luk Lucky came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Arden Hills fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luk Lucky couldn't finish the play. Vicente Hilton who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Evan Noble when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 47th minute Rob Forrest shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulryk Tscherner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Julio Rios to strike the kick off in the second half. Ocean Park Beach FC's Evan Noble played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Hilton in the 53rd minute of play. Evan Noble made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julio Rios in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th match minute, Arden Hills was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Magne Stephansson to maneuver through the defense. Joey Keene charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joey Keene the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 57th minute, Joey Keene hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Arden Hills's Hayden Gonzalez got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Ulryk Tscherner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregory Simpson in the 68th minute of the match. Ulryk Tscherner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregory Simpson in the 69th minute of play. 71 minutes into the game, Julio Rios cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Evan Noble was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ulryk Tscherner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rob Forrest, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ulryk Tscherner made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edgar Bower in the 82nd minute. Ocean Park Beach FC's Olin Hutchison got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ronald Aldridge recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicente Hilton in the 90th minute of play forced Ocean Park Beach FC's goalkeeper Evan Noble to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Evan Noble didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vicente Hilton went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Arden Hills's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
