Spectators: 8427 (Terracing: 6321, Seating: 1938, VIP seats: 168) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Keenan Blake kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Jonathon Frost managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lake Junaluska FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonathon Frost was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. D.J. McCollum breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. D.J. McCollum came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Lake Junaluska FC's Keenan Blake. But to his dismay, Keenan Blake quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. D.J. McCollum showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Keenan Blake in the 10th minute of the match. In the 14th match minute, UC Berleley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alistair Kruse to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the match, Joel Pollard notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of UC Berleley's D.J. McCollum. D.J. McCollum was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Keenan Blake had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the match, Lake Junaluska FC's goalkeeper Hilario Carro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leopoldo Sesuldo. In the 29th minute, Winston Sheppard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 35 minutes into the game, Lake Junaluska FC's Keenan Blake nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. D.J. McCollum made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Keenan Blake blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without D.J. McCollum having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Keenan Blake in the 43rd minute of play forced UC Berleley's goalkeeper D.J. McCollum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hilario Carro made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Macías Pajazo sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Keenan Blake in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg D.J. McCollum saved UC Berleley from getting behind. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

UC Berleley made a substitution. Adam Yu replaced Gabriel Tillman. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leopoldo Sesuldo was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Keenan Blake made a precise shot to the right of D.J. McCollum. UC Berleley's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. In the 57th minute Karahan Uçkan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hilario Carro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hilario Carro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Macías Pajazo, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. A long shot from Jonathon Frost in the 65th minute of play was well struck, but D.J. McCollum made a really good save at the right post. The supporters of UC Berleley booed when Lake Junaluska FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Winston Sheppard didn't get a good kick on the ball. D.J. McCollum made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Joel Pollard sent off a good shot on target. 72 minutes into the match, Lake Junaluska FC's goal looked a bit too open when Horaz Zumbrunnen came free, but Hilario Carro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hilario Carro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leopoldo Sesuldo's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. If Keenan Blake had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, UC Berleley's D.J. McCollum got control of the ball when Darron Messer tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Keenan Blake kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving D.J. McCollum. That made the score 0-6 in the 88 minute of play. In the 96th minute Cyrus Hamlin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but D.J. McCollum saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
