The audience was convinced that Joel Pollard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raúl Berger was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 9 minutes into the match, Club Internacional Miami's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Pollard came free, but Raúl Berger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The tension between the Club Internacional Miami and the Lake Junaluska FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Club Internacional Miami's Jesus Norton got a free kick in the 34th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Darron Messer notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Club Internacional Miami's Raúl Berger. Raúl Berger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Keenan Blake in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Raúl Berger saved Club Internacional Miami from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Keenan Blake put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Raúl Berger. After 44th play minutes Keenan Blake shot 0-5, a short shot which went by Raúl Berger and just under the crossbar into goal. 48 minutes into the match, Keenan Blake had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Raúl Berger. Club Internacional Miami's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Keenan Blake was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Keenan Blake recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Keenan Blake in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Raúl Berger prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Darron Messer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Raúl Berger read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. After 59 played minutes Club Internacional Miami got a freekick which was hit by Stevie Roth. Darron Messer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Club Internacional Miami's zone, Keenan Blake stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raúl Berger came out of the goal and Keenan Blake tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Raúl Berger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Keenan Blake in the 66th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arnoldo Dorsey during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Lake Junaluska FC booed when Club Internacional Miami was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnoldo Dorsey didn't get a good kick on the ball. Club Internacional Miami's Raúl Berger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Keenan Blake in the 68th minute of play. Keenan Blake sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Trevor Hamlin scored 0-7 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Raúl Berger, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 80th minute Joel Pollard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raúl Berger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Club Internacional Miami's Raúl Berger got control of the ball when Jonathon Frost tried to sneak it across the goal line. Joel Pollard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Raúl Berger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lake Junaluska FC's Evan Haas was substituted for Trevor Hamlin. Lake Junaluska FC made a substitution. Cyrus Hamlin replaced Jonathon Frost. Club Internacional Miami's Raúl Berger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Keenan Blake in the 86th minute of play. Hilario Carro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Von Garland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Cyrus Hamlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lake Junaluska FC played a much better game than Club Internacional Miami and deserved their victory. The Club Internacional Miami players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
