Brillion's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicky Nichols was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 9 minutes into the match, Salvatore Hartley had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Riley Moss. Riley Moss took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salvatore Hartley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute Salvatore Hartley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Riley Moss saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 17 played minutes Inter Miami got a freekick which was hit by Mohammad Souza. In the 19th minute, Brillion's Marinus Bonato dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. Gerardo Vincent could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Riley Moss made a huge save. In the 24th minute, Brillion's Gerardo Vincent ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Riley Moss. Riley Moss yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-1. Thanks to some nice moves Gerardo Vincent could shoot a difficult shot in the 29th minute, which Riley Moss however easily saved by the left post. After a rather tough play, Brillion's Arnoldo Huggins got a free kick in the 30th minute. 33 minutes into the match, Inter Miami's goal looked a bit too open when Zachary Chowaniec came free, but Riley Moss reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brillion's Marcelo Ojeda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicky Nichols in the 35th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Inter Miami's goal looked a bit too open when Arnoldo Huggins came free, but Riley Moss reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Inter Miami's Dwight Krause got a free kick in the 39th minute. Riley Moss showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zachary Chowaniec, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zachary Chowaniec in the 42nd minute of play forced Inter Miami's goalkeeper Riley Moss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diego Burch during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 44th minute of the match Xaven Carradelo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Riley Moss skillfully saved the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Salvatore Hartley made a kick off. Riley Moss came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Brillion's Salvatore Hartley. But to his dismay, Salvatore Hartley quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. After 54 minutes of play, Brillion's Marinus Bonato made it 8-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Riley Moss was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Vincent in the 58th minute of play forced Inter Miami's goalkeeper Riley Moss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Riley Moss took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zachary Chowaniec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute, Salvatore Hartley made a precise shot to the right of Riley Moss. Inter Miami's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-1. After some careless play in the Inter Miami defense, Gerardo Vincent kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Riley Moss. The Inter Miami fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Riley Moss should have stopped the shot. In the 72nd minute Gerardo Vincent shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Riley Moss saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Brillion getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Danny Zapata hit a great ball. Marcelo Ojeda was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Davis Mabry. 76 minutes into the match, Inter Miami's goal looked a bit too open when Marinus Bonato came free, but Riley Moss reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Brillion's Homer Blanchard got a free kick in the 77th minute. 79 minutes into the game, Brillion's Salvatore Hartley nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Riley Moss made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-1. Riley Moss made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerardo Vincent in the 82nd minute of play. After 85 minutes of play, Brillion's Salvatore Hartley made it 12-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net.
